Mr. Oberkamper has been engaged in the practice of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying in the North Bay Area since 1961. He has performed and directed civil engineering, planning, design, surveying, construction staking and consultation for land development projects, streets and highways, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer facilities and water systems. His project involvement has included municipal improvement projects, multiple family residential projects, commercial and office facilities, shopping centers, mobile home parks and industrial parks. The work has included boundary and topographic surveying, preparation of legal descriptions, Record of Survey maps, ALTA surveys, Parcel maps, Subdivision maps, grading plans, improvement plans, drainage plans and utility plans.

Mr. Clark has been engaged in civil engineering design and construction engineering since 1981, He had participated in the design of a wide variety of commercial, residential and public works projects, and has considerable experience in design of grading, storm drainage, erosion control Best Management Practices, detention ponds, sewer and water systems, streets and roads. With particular strength as a team player, Mr. Clark excels at working with other design professionals and key project players in the developing engineering consultation as needed during the construction phase.

Mr. Stock has been involved in land surveying and construction staking in the Bay Area since 1974. His experience includes boundary, topographic, hydrographic, ALTA and construction surveys.

PHILIP A. BUCKLEY, P.E.            Email
Civil Engineer
Mr. Buckley began his career in the civil / infrastructure group of Harding Lawson and Associates in Novato in 2001. Since joining Oberkamper and Associates in 2002, he has performed civil engineering design for numerous projects within Marin, Sonoma, San Francisco, and Contra Costa Counties. Work has included hydraulic modeling of water systems, watershed hydrology studies for storm drain systems, topographic mapping, retaining wall design, joint trench design, sanitary sewer design, as well as street and bike path design. Mr. Buckley has been involved with several projects involving improving sidewalk and parking facilities to meet the most current ADA requirements. Additionally, he is experienced in the use of AutoCAD for modeling surfaces and estimating earthwork quantities.
